I accept returns for the rare circumstance that items that are damaged,defective or arent suitable upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
I do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
In the event of a damaged or defective item, I will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair. In any case please contact me to discuss the specific circumstances of your return.
